• The way a bouquet is delivered on water (in a bucket or bag) depends on the local florist handling the order. This is something Looff has no control over, but we make sure the bouquet always arrives to you fresh and in good condition.
• When you receive a bouquet in a bucket, you can easily give it to the delivery person for reuse on your next delivery. This helps us work more sustainably!

• Delivery to home addresses between 09:00 - 18:00 & to office addresses between 09:00 - 17:00
• Do you have a preferred time of delivery? You can pass this on below. Note: this depends on the schedule of the florist.
• Want to make sure the flowers arrive on time? Then we recommend to have them delivered a day earlier.
• If the delivery person cannot deliver the flowers (for example, if the recipient or neighbors are not home or the delivery address is incorrect), the flowers will be taken back with them. They can be offered again (at a time agreed upon) at a new delivery cost.
