• Standard delivery between 08:00-13:00. Time slot of your choice is possible at extra cost.
• Can be personalized with photo, logo or image
• Your logo is printed with food ink, so color variations are possible. There is no guarantee of exact color usage, continuous colors or 100% readable text.
• Large areas of dark colors (such as blue or black) may become faded due to the printing process.
• Shiny colors (metallic or glossy colors) are not visible in food ink.
• Texts or designs close to the edge often fall under whipped cream or are cut off. Therefore, keep this in mind when uploading a logo. It is best to leave at least 5 mm border space.
• Cakes are only delivered to addresses that are registered in the basic records of municipalities. If you have a specific location that does not meet this requirement, please contact us and together we will find a solution.
• Is the order unexpectedly not received? Then it is possible to have the cake delivered again later in the day (after 15:00). Additional delivery costs will be charged for this. Please indicate before 14:00 if you would like the cake delivered on the same day. If the same-day delivery attempt is not possible, the cake will be destroyed for freshness reasons.
