• This bouquet is delivered by a local florist
• These flowers are transported on water, but by default delivered without water and/or vase, this is both possible at an additional cost
• The way a bouquet is delivered on water (in a bucket or bag) depends on the local florist who takes care of the order. This is something Looff has no control over, but we will make sure the bouquet always arrives to you fresh and in good condition.
• When you receive a bouquet in a bucket, you can easily give it to the delivery person for reuse on your next delivery. This helps us work more sustainably!
• 7 days freshness guarantee
• Due to availability of flowers the bouquet may differ slightly from the picture
• Delivery to home addresses between 09:00 - 18:00 & to office addresses between 09:00 - 17:00.
• Do you have a preference for the time of delivery? You can indicate this below. Note: this depends on the schedule of the florist.
• Are you sure that the flowers will arrive on time? Then we advise you to have them delivered a day earlier.
• If the delivery person cannot deliver the flowers (for example, if the recipient or neighbors are not home or the delivery address is incorrect), the flowers will be taken back. They can be offered again (at a time agreed upon) at a new delivery cost.
