Als onderdeel hiervan draagt Rituals bij aan de salarissen die nodig zijn om onderwijs en gezondheidszorg te betalen. Daarnaast helpen zij de gemeenschap om werk en inkomen te verschaffen, zodat ze de eerste stap kunnen zetten in het doorbreken van uit hun eigen armoedecirkel.
