• Delivery to home addresses between 09:00 - 18:00 hours & to office addresses between 09:00 - 17:00 hours
• Do you have a preference for the time of delivery? You can indicate this below. Note: this depends on the schedule of the florist.
• Are you sure that the flowers will arrive on time? Then we advise you to have them delivered a day earlier
• If the delivery person cannot deliver the flowers (for example, if the recipient or neighbors are not home or the delivery address is incorrect), the flowers will be taken back. They can be offered again (at a time in consultation) at new delivery costs
• To ensure delivery in Belgium runs as smoothly as possible, we ask that you provide the recipient's telephone number. This allows the florist to contact them if necessary
• An additional delivery fee applies to some regions in Belgium: Florenville (postcodes 6820) €7 and Geraardsbergen (postcode 9500) €3. If the costs exceed the standard rate, we always ask for the customer's permission in advance
