De cadeaupakketten zijn samengesteld met een sterke focus op herkomst, materiaalgebruik en levensduur. Er wordt bewust gekozen voor producten van hout, textiel, bio-plastic en wolvilt, afkomstig van kleine makers en Europese leveranciers waar mogelijk.

De CO₂-uitstoot per bestelling wordt gecompenseerd via een externe partner, inclusief investeringen in natuurprojecten zoals herbebossing.

Een deel van de producten bestaat uit tweedehands of hergebruikte materialen. Door te kiezen voor tijdloze en niet-gepersonaliseerde producten blijven items langer bruikbaar en kunnen ze eenvoudig worden doorgegeven van kind op kind.
